Absolutely loved staying here! Cannot fault it! It was my favourite stay during our 2 weeks in Thailand, and if I ever return to Bangkok, I'll be staying here! It's like stepping back in time, a real cosy, vintage feel to the place, an absolute haven from the hustle & bustle of the streets. The building work opposite does not cause any issues at all. Jason & his staff were amazing, fantastic service, kind, helpful & always felt very safe. Definitely book onto the night bike tour - it was one of the highlights of our trip! The room we stayed in was perfect (King Suite), loved the quirky layout, and all the attention to detail - including the little gifts they left daily in our room, this was so lovely, a real personal touch, thank you.The bed was really comfy, great shower as well. Amazing breakfast (had a great gluten free menu). Thank you for an amazing stay. The location is in old Bangkok, which was perfect - it's walking distance to Khaosan Road, and loads of other great places, there's also bus stop nearby and the canal.

Our stay at the Old Capital Bike Inn was absolutely fantastic. Our family (2 adults, children 8 & 11) stayed in a family room for 2 nights, and it was a highlight of our month-long trip in Thailand. Jason and his staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, and from the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed and appreciated as guests. Our room was lovely, and there were too many special little details to count. It was very clean, the decor was beautiful and interesting, and our kids were thrilled to sleep in the adorable loft bedroom. Breakfast was simply fantastic, and Jason had a takeaway morning breakfast packed for us on the morning we had to be at the airport bright and early. We stayed in multiple places in Thailand over our month of travel, and this was, without a doubt, the best accommodation of our trip. We wish we could come stay again soon!

The staff are wonderful; helpful, knowledgeable and give very appropriate recommendations and will happily organise transport, airport taxis etc. The hotel is located in a great area for getting about. It's only about a 20 minute walk to the river which we used regularly to catch the very practical river taxis and it's a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to pick up the canal boats. Breakfasts are as copious, healthy or local as you wish and need to be ordered the night before.

Everyday we found a little present by the staff in our room! We joined Jason's bike tour in the evening, which he does three times a week for free. It was so cool and interesting to see old Bangkok in the evening and he gave interest insights. The breakfast was the best!! You can choose every evening what you want to eat and what time you want to have breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back in the future :)

The personnel is exceptional in supporting you with all your needs, and they help you to plan your activities in an overwhelming city like Bangkok. The location is excellent to visit the city. Breakfast is also nice and cooked on the spot, no buffet, but you need to choose the day before the menu and the time. Check their night bike tour, should be very fun.
